Our client is undergoing a major transformation, migrating from Oracle to Workday, and is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to support this initiative. This is a contract role focused on designing, developing, and deploying complex Workday integrations using a variety of tools and technologies.

Our client is undergoing a major transformation, migrating from Oracle to Workday, and is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to support this initiative. This is a contract role focused on designing, developing, and deploying complex Workday integrations using a variety of tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and development of Workday integrations as part of a large-scale Oracle to Workday migration including seamless data integration with Azure Data Factory to support enterprise-wide reporting and analytics.
- Build and maintain over integrations using:
- Workday Studio
- Workday Connectors (Core, Cloud, EIB)
- Custom integrations leveraging Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors to gather requirements and ensure seamless integration with external systems.
- Utilize Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, API Management) to support hybrid integration scenarios.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring data accuracy and system reliability.
- Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-deployment support.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Workday integrations, with a proven track record of delivering complex solutions.
- Hands-on experience developing Workday integrations across various modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, etc.) and integration with Azure Data Factory
- Deep expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Strong experience with Azure Integration Tools, including Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management.
- Solid understanding of data transformation, mapping, and security protocols (OAuth, SAML, etc.).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
