Associate Data Administration Coordinator

The Boeing Company's Government and Enterprise Contracts organization is currently seeking an Associate Data Administration Coordinator to join our team in Hazelwood, Missouri.

This role will support the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Transactional Spares Contacting organization as a member of Solicitation & Order Specialist (SOS) team.

The successful candidate will:
  • Identify and create qualitative or quantitative measures of success and failure.
  • Load solicitations and orders from multiple customers and platforms into various contracting systems, including loading information into SPS (Sustainment Pricing System), CAAT (Contract Analysis Acceptance Tool), and ACQ (Acquisitions) tool
  • Review and interpret customer and system requirements
  • Coordinate information directly with Contract Representatives and Order Management

Position Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality data loads
  • Perform basic risk assessments
  • Compile and organize data from various sources
  • Process requests for resources
  • Distribute data between internal/external organizations
  • Troubleshoot systems and process issues and maintain system data integrity
  • Solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity by following established practices and procedures
  • Work with sensitive information, safeguard confidential information and work with it dispassionately
  • Receive general supervision with basic instructions for routine work and detailed instructions for new lines of work or special assignments

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Experience in data entry
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and partnerships across functions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • High School Diploma/General Educational Development (GED)
  • Experience prioritizing daily tasks independently
  • Experience developing and executing plans and schedules
  • Experience using analytical, collaboration, communication and organizational skills
  • Experience performing with detail/data accuracy and high product quality
  • Ability to refer to practices and procedures for guidance
  • Ability to develop solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity
