JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for developing, tuning, and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and technologies across on-prem, cloud, SaaS, and endpoints. Monitors, investigates, and responds to potential data loss incidents, ensuring compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA, PCI-DSS, and other regulations. Works with tools such as Symantec DLP, Microsoft Purview DLP, Zscaler, Forcepoint, McAfee, and Digital Guardian. Collaborates with IT, Legal, HR, and Security teams for incident response, forensic analysis, and policy improvements. Requires strong experience in SIEM event analysis, security monitoring, and incident handling, with knowledge of data classification (PII, PCI, PHI, IP).
