Job Title: Solution Architect / Technical Lead

Location: Remote (USA)

Summary
We are looking for a Solution Architect / Technical Lead to provide end-to-end technical leadership for real estate product portfolios and integration projects. You will design scalable, secure solutions and guide their implementation, ensuring quality, reliability, and long-term maintainability. This role works closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, Security, and vendors.

  1. Key Responsibilities
  • Architecture & Strategy Define solution architectures, technical standards, and integration patterns.
  • Integration Leadership Design and deliver cross-system integrations (APIs, data mapping, error handling, real-time/event-driven).
  • Implementation Oversight Lead technical delivery, CI/CD, code reviews, and mentor developers/analysts.
  • Data & Modeling Define canonical data models, ETL/ELT strategies, data quality rules, and warehouse integrations.
  • OT / IoT Solutions Design secure approaches for BAS/OT systems and IoT devices (telemetry, lifecycle management, edge processing).
  • Security & Compliance Ensure solutions follow enterprise security, IAM, encryption, and audit requirements.
  • Vendor Oversight Evaluate vendor solutions, validate integrations, and define SLAs/runbooks.
  • Operational Excellence Drive observability, monitoring, automation, and incident response best practices.
  1. Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise integrations, cloud, or OT/IoT solutions.
  • Strong background in system design, APIs, microservices, cloud (AWS/Azure), containers, and orchestration.
  • Hands-on experience with CMMS, BAS/OT, ERP, or SaaS platform integrations.
  • Experience with data modelling, ETL/ELT, data warehouses, and BI tools.
  • Solid knowledge of security best practices (SSO, encryption, threat modeling, network segmentation).
  • Excellent communication and ability to work across teams and present to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Relevant certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Architect, CISSP) preferred.
