Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to lead user experience and interface design initiatives for complex eligibility and enterprise systems. This role will focus on improving accessibility, usability, and responsiveness while ensuring compliance with industry best practices and accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead user research initiatives and journey mapping to understand user interactions and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies aligned with accessibility guidelines and branding standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Conduct discovery workshops, usability testing, and feedback sessions to validate design decisions.
  • Utilize tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and Hotjar to create high-quality design deliverables.
  • Design for AI/ML interfaces, focusing on explainable AI (XAI) and human-AI interaction principles.
  • Translate complex system logic and regulatory requirements into clear, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Create data visualizations that present complex data and AI insights in an understandable format.
  • Ensure all designs meet WCAG and accessibility standards for inclusive design.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles and foster collaboration with stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 11+ years of hands-on experience designing UIs/UX for enterprise systems, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual hierarchies with Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch.
  • 11+ years collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to create accessible and branded design solutions.
  • 10+ years applying UX design principles (hierarchy, contrast, alignment) for responsive and accessible web/mobile applications.
  • 10+ years creating wireframes and prototypes to support agile development cycles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years designing graphical diagrams and visual narratives (timelines, workflows, system architecture).
  • 3+ years facilitating workshops and feedback sessions with stakeholders.
  • 3+ years bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong ability to multi-task across concurrent design streams.
