Job Summary We are seeking a Quickbase Developer to support the transition and optimization of a Quickbase application from another business unit. This role focuses on enhancing workflows, data management, and identity and access management (IAM) within the Quickbase platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for process improvement. Key Responsibilities Design and develop new applications and features based on business requirements. Support Quickbase application development, including pipeline management and Jinja scripting. Create custom forms, reports, and dashboards tailored to user needs. Debug issues, respond to system functionality questions, and implement enhancement requests. Automate workflows and improve business processes using Quickbase tools. Configure data models and relationships between applications. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and reporting solutions. Conduct application testing, quality assurance, and support user acceptance testing. Perform basic API integrations and manage data import/export tasks. Maintain application documentation and user support materials. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance. Monitor and optimize application performance. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. 35 years of experience developing applications using the Quickbase platform. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration. Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Understanding of database concepts and relational data design. Experience with Quickbase formulas, pipelines, and automation features. Familiarity with API concepts and web services. Experience with MySQL databases for data management tasks (preferred). Familiarity with business process analysis and improvement methodologies. Preferred Qualifications Basic knowledge of VBA. Education: Bachelors Degree
