IT Business Relationship Manager
Overview:The Senior BRM role requires a seasoned professional with exceptional relationship management, and the ability to guide impulsive business stakeholders toward strategic decisions. The candidate must demonstrate credibility, agility, and finesse while supporting marketing applications, sales operations, and providing white-glove service to demanding clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Management & Client Support:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with demanding clients, akin to account management.
- Deliver white-glove service, addressing client needs with professionalism and finesse.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding impulsive stakeholders away from "flim-flam" decisions toward strategic technology rollouts.
- Be on call every 12 weeks to support critical client needs.
- Agile Environment:
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced Agile setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrate adaptability to rapidly changing priorities and new technology initiatives.
- Stakeholder Guidance:
- Establish credibility to influence stakeholders and provide suggestions that align with business goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and drive consensus on requirements and solutions.
- Technical BA Skills:
- Elicit, document, and analyze complex business requirements for marketing applications, sales operations, and sales support systems.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation (no ADO boards or story-writing as the sole focus).
- Facilitate process walkthroughs with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Provide actionable recommendations to guide business decisions, leveraging strong analytical skills.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Experience:
- Strong relationship management background, similar to client-facing account management.
- Demonstrated ability to handle demanding clients and deliver white-glove service.
- Experience guiding stakeholders through impulsive decisions to strategic outcomes.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility.
- Agile methodology expertise in a hybrid onsite environment.
- Ability to speak confidently and in detail to every item on their rsum
