We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Now Assist Consultant/Developer with hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing Now Assist (Generative AI) features within the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leveraging AI capabilities to enhance self-service, automation, and agent productivity across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or App Engine modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and implement Now Assist for ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or App Engine as per client requirements.
Design and deploy Virtual Agent with Generative AI for improved conversational support.
Enable and tune Agent Assist features including summarization, next-best actions, and knowledge suggestions.
Collaborate with process owners and platform architects to integrate Now Assist into existing workflows.
Develop and maintain custom scripts, flows, and AI-powered widgets where required.
Monitor performance and accuracy of GenAI outputs; implement feedback loops for optimization.
Stay current on ServiceNow GenAI updates, plugins, and roadmap items (e.g., ServiceNow LLMs, NLU, Integration Hub).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform (including scripting and configuration).
1+ year of hands-on experience with Now Assist and GenAI features in ServiceNow (Madrid release or later).
Strong understanding of ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or App Engine Studio.
Experience with Virtual Agent Designer, NLU models, and knowledge management.
Familiarity with Prompt Engineering or tuning GenAI behavior (bonus).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder interaction skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; Certified Application Developer or ITSM Pro preferred.
Nice to Have:
Experience integrating OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or ServiceNow LLMs.
Knowledge of ServiceNow AI Search, Performance Analytics, or Predictive Intelligence.
Prior work in large enterprise environments or managed services context.
