Job Title: Salesforce Process Automation Specialist

Location: Orlando, FL (Hybrid Monday & Friday remote)

Duration: 6 -8 Month Contract with possible extension

Brooksource is hiring a Salesforce Process Automation Specialist on behalf of a nationally recognized sports and lifestyle technology company. You ll be joining the team behind one of the most widely used tee-time booking platforms in the U.S., modernizing their internal systems by migrating legacy automations into streamlined, scalable Salesforce Flows.

Automation Migration & Flow Design

  • Analyze existing Process Builders and map logic, dependencies, and business impact
  • Design and build optimized Salesforce Flows (record-triggered, screen, and auto-launched)
  • Use Salesforce s Migrate to Flow tool where applicable, and supplement with custom builds as needed

Development, Testing & Deployment

  • Implement advanced logic (loops, decisions, integrations) using Flow Builder
  • Test thoroughly in sandbox environments, deploy to production, and deactivate legacy automations
  • Troubleshoot post-deployment issues and ensure long-term stability

Governance, Documentation & Enablement

  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices and platform governance
  • Maintain clear documentation for all flows
  • Support internal team enablement through training and process walk-throughs

Qualifications

  • 4+ years combined experience with Salesforce Flow and Process Builder
  • Deep understanding of Flow design patterns, record-triggered logic, and scalable automation
  • Strong grasp of Salesforce data modeling, object relationships, and field-level security
  • Proven ability to analyze and document business processes
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Effective communication skills across technical and non-technical teams

Nice-to-Haves

  • Salesforce Certifications (Admin, Platform App Builder preferred)
  • Experience with Apex, Workflow Rules, or legacy automation methods
  • Familiarity with deployment tools like Change Sets, Salesforce DX, or CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of API integrations (REST/SOAP)
  • Experience supporting high-volume, consumer-facing platforms is a plus
