Job Title: Solution Lead, Global Logistics and Fulfillment

Summary:

The Business Enablement Team within META Reality Labs is seeking a Solution Lead with expertise in consumer electronics supply chain, global logistics, and fulfillment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of demand and supply planning, electronics manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement comprehensive global logistics and fulfillment strategies
  • Contribute to global logistics network strategies and solution development roadmaps
  • Define functional requirements and develop detailed solution designs
  • Support business partners in drafting business cases for new initiatives
  • Define solutions for efficient global logistics and fulfillment execution
  • Develop transportation management solutions for optimized global transportation logistics and visibility
  • Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to gather detailed requirements
  • Design and develop solutions supporting data analytics best practices
  • Document and maintain detailed architectural, business workflow, and system process maps
  • Identify opportunities for process and system optimization
  • Collaborate with training organizations to develop reference documentation and educational materials

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain operations
  • Foundational knowledge of ERP, TMS, and/or WMS systems
  • Experience with Plan to Deliver and Issue to Resolution processes
  • Experience bringing new products to market
  • Experience with databases and SQL
  • Experience building internal and external customer partnerships
  • Exposure to agile and scrum work management techniques
  • Strong communication, creative, critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, project management, teamwork, and organization skills
  • Ability to learn and quickly adopt multiple software tools
  • Excellent time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
  • Experience working in high-volume consumer electronics industry and scaling up global supply chains
  • Experience with EDI and API solutions and protocols such as ANSI X12

Travel

  • Periodic travel may be required
