Senior Product Manager
Fully remote - working EST/CST
W2 contract until 1/31/26 - potential to extend
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for innovative, scalable systems that enable AI/ML capabilities and internal tooling.
Senior Product Manager Responsibilities:
- Product Management Experience: Proven track record in product management, with at least 3+ years in AI/ML or data platform roles.
- Internal Tools/Product Development: Experience building and shipping internal-facing tools or platforms.
- Data Infrastructure Knowledge: Familiarity with building or scaling data infrastructure, including concepts like metadata, taxonomy, database access control, data freshness, and governance.
- Requirements Gathering: Strong ability to translate business user input into clear, actionable product requirements for engineering and data science teams.
- Backlog & Stakeholder Management: Demonstrated expertise in managing product backlogs and collaborating with technical stakeholders.
- Roadmap Development: Experience in creating and driving actionable, outcome-oriented product roadmaps.
- Prioritization & Impact Evaluation: Ability to prioritize features based on business value and impact, with a data-driven decision-making approach.
- Product Discovery Leadership: Skilled in leading product discovery efforts and clearly articulating problem statements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation abilities.
- LLM Familiarity: Understanding of how large language models interact with structured and unstructured data.
- RAG & Vector Technologies: Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), embeddings, or vector stores.
- Domain Background: Experience in information retrieval, content management systems, or data warehousing.
The hourly pay range for this position (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location) is $60.00 to $85.00/hr. Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
