Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Speaker Certification Program Manager to oversee programs, communications, and events.
- Develop and implement tracking mechanisms for project progress with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Manage program data, maintain promotional materials, and prepare reports.
- Support speaker team by optimizing processes and updating speaker databases.
- Create and post speaker training resources and videos.
- Learn and utilize new tools for database and reporting development.
Skills
- Proven ability to track and analyze program data.
- Strong communication and management skills.
- Experience in building databases and reporting systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in project or program management.
- Background in content development and data management.
