.NET/C# Developer

Hiring for a .NET/C# developer in Arlington, Virginia.

Required Skills and Expertise:

Hands-on application development and full SDLC experience in a corporate setting

Microsoft ASP.NET Core / C#, Strong background in LINQ and EF Core

Microsoft SQL Server Experience with web service integration (REST, SOAP)

Experience with JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript etc.

Familiar with responsive web design frameworks like Bootstrap

Strong problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication skills

Possess project ownership mindset. Assume control on each project designated to liaise with upstream and downstream system. Coordinate project planning, development, front to back testing and deployment

Ability to adapt to the fast-changing environment

Ability to analyze current state of project requirement, perform basic gap analysis in a diverse system environment

Ability to communicate with users and support their front-end application needs.

B.S in Computer Science or equivalent degree or work experience Additional Skills that would be a plus:

Microsoft SSRS Business Intelligence tools, e.g., PowerBI or Tableau PowerShell Script Familiar with Razor pages, MVC, Blazor etc. Web APIs

Experience with institutional broker-dealer or investment bank

Experience with large data infrastructures

Understanding of Capital Markets
