• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM


• Up to $31.00 per hour

What You'll Do Each Day:

• Assemble prototypes and products according to engineering design plans


• Perform equipment setup, testing, inspection, repair, and routine maintenance


• Troubleshoot process and design challenges and propose practical solutions


• Test prototypes per engineering instructions and accurately document results


• Communicate task progress and results to project engineers and team members


• Coordinate with internal teams and approved vendors to obtain supplies and services


• Perform basic statistical analysis to support development decisions


• Train team members on new product processes and procedures


• Support calibration and maintenance programs for R&D test equipment


• Maintain strict compliance with quality system requirements and documentation

What We're Looking For:

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a related technical discipline


• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a technical, laboratory, or manufacturing environment


• Solid understanding of technical concepts, equipment, and product fundamentals


• Ability to perform both routine and non-routine technical assignments


• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills


• Comfort working under close to moderate supervision with evolving assignments


• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally


• Commitment to quality systems, product safety, and continuous improvement

This role plays a critical part in supporting product development while upholding the highest standards of quality and patient safety. Errors are typically detectable and correctable, but attention to detail and accuracy are essential to maintaining efficiency and customer confidence.
