- Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Up to $31.00 per hour

What You'll Do Each Day:
- Assemble prototypes and products according to engineering design plans
- Perform equipment setup, testing, inspection, repair, and routine maintenance
- Troubleshoot process and design challenges and propose practical solutions
- Test prototypes per engineering instructions and accurately document results
- Communicate task progress and results to project engineers and team members
- Coordinate with internal teams and approved vendors to obtain supplies and services
- Perform basic statistical analysis to support development decisions
- Train team members on new product processes and procedures
- Support calibration and maintenance programs for R&D test equipment
- Maintain strict compliance with quality system requirements and documentation
What We're Looking For:
- Associate degree or equivalent work experience in a related technical discipline
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a technical, laboratory, or manufacturing environment
- Solid understanding of technical concepts, equipment, and product fundamentals
- Ability to perform both routine and non-routine technical assignments
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Comfort working under close to moderate supervision with evolving assignments
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Commitment to quality systems, product safety, and continuous improvement
