Job Title: LEAD SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant
Location: USA (Remote/On-site)
Job Type: Full-Time/Contract
Rate: Open
Duration : 3 Months
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll implementation, testing, and troubleshooting within the SAP SuccessFactors ECP module. Experience with garnishment processing and US payroll taxes is a MUST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Implementation: Lead and support the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, ensuring that payroll processes are accurately configured and aligned with business requirements.
- Testing & Bug Fixing: Conduct thorough testing of payroll configurations, customizations, and integrations to identify and resolve bugs or discrepancies in the system. Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes and enhancements.
- Garnishment Processing: Configure and manage garnishment orders within SAP ECP, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and timely processing of garnishments.
- US Payroll Taxes: Support the configuration and maintenance of US payroll taxes within the SAP ECP module. Ensure that tax calculations are accurate and up to date with the latest federal, state, and local regulations.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for payroll processes, configurations, and customizations, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
- Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to HR and payroll teams to ensure successful adoption of the SAP ECP module. Address any payroll-related issues or concerns raised by end-users.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve payroll processes and configurations within SAP ECP, and implement best practices to enhance system efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) implementation and support, with a strong focus on payroll processing and system testing.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in configuring SAP ECP for US payroll, garnishments, and US tax processing. Experience with integration of ECP with other SAP modules.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex US payroll issues.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification is highly desirable.
- Nice to Have: Experience with garnishment processing, US payroll taxes and Canada Payroll( NOT MUST).
