Role Overview
The Oracle Fusion Project Manager will be responsible for leading and coordinating post go-live stabilization activities for Oracle Fusion ERP environment. The role focuses on monitoring system performance, tracking and prioritizing enhancement requests, coordinating with business and IT teams, and ensuring smooth transition to steady-state operations. The Project Manager will work with functional and technical teams, as well as business stakeholders, to support issue resolution, manage enhancement backlogs, and enforce governance for stabilization and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the stabilization program following Oracle Fusion ERP go-live, ensuring timely resolution of issues and defects.
Establish governance and processes for tracking, reviewing, and prioritizing enhancement requests.
Coordinate across Oracle ERP Cloud modules (Finance: GL, AP, AR, FA, CM; Procurement: PO, Projects: PPM) to ensure cross-functional alignment.
Manage communications with stakeholders regarding system performance, issue status, and enhancement roadmaps.
Facilitate regular stabilization status meetings and provide executive-level reporting on program health and outcomes.
Ensure all enhancement requests are documented, evaluated, and tracked through to delivery.
Work with business SMEs to validate fixes, enhancements, and process improvements.
Drive risk management and escalate critical issues to leadership as needed.
Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal IT teams to ensure timely delivery of fixes and enhancements.
Support knowledge transfer and handover to the application management services (AMS) team for long-term support.
