Job Details

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Proficiency in security tools and technologies (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, antivirus, vulnerability management).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to staying current with security trends, threats, and technologies.
  • Adaptability to evolving business requirements and threat landscapes.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities:

  • Experience with security compliance frameworks (e.g., CIS, NIST CSF, NIST RMF, ISO 27001) preferred.
  • Knowledge of Splunk and CrowdStrike EDR preferred.
  • Monitor security events and incidents to detect unauthorized access or abnormal system behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address security concerns and implement solutions.
  • Respond promptly to security incidents, conduct investigations, and recommend remediation actions.
  • Develop and implement security awareness training and education initiatives for employees.
  • Assist in developing and implementing security policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Provide recommendations for remediation and improve incident response processes based on lessons learned.
  • Perform other security-related tasks as assigned.
