Job Details
- Plan, perform, and manage production support tasks and activities that require subject matter knowledge regarding general application and infrastructure support
- Work with software engineering and quality assurance team to translate requirements into working solution
- Knowledge of Frontend technologies (HTML, JavaScript & CSS)
- Work with end users for functional clarifications
- Interacting with client team to conceptualize, develop and implement the solutions
- Maintain the existing business / functional requirements
- Create documents / deliverables
- Provides assistance in assessing, planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating systems processes and application to patient care
- Engage, manage, and communicate to all stakeholders
- Oversee, maintain, and support the production, staging, and testing environments
- Knowledge of IAM solutions like Key Cloak, Kuberntees platforms will added advantage
- Develop and maintain consistent documentation practices and standards
