Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Consultant with deep expertise in Aternity s Application Performance Management (APM) & End User Experience Monitoring (EUEM) solutions. The ideal candidate will also bring hands-on experience with competing platforms such as Lakeside Systrack, Nexthink, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics. This position involves working closely with enterprise clients to deliver digital performance solutions, diagnose performance bottlenecks, and provide proactive performance management and optimization.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Work with enterprise clients to deploy and maximize value from Aternity s EUEM and APM platforms.

• Provide specialized design, deployment, and troubleshooting expertise in:

  • Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM)

  • Application Performance Troubleshooting

  • End User Performance Analysis

• Collect and analyze end-user and backend application performance data for proactive remediation.

• Develop scripts and configure metric collection, transaction tracing, and remediation within Aternity.

• Define and implement accurate measurements for key end-user and application transactions.

• Present product features and demonstrate business value to technical and business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with clients on-site or remotely to meet project goals, timelines, and budget expectations.

• Troubleshoot performance issues on both Windows and UNIX-based environments.

• Provide subject matter expertise on cloud migration, digital performance optimization, and application delivery.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• 8 10 years in IT performance monitoring and analysis.

• Proven hands-on experience with Aternity tools and platforms.

• Experience with at least one or more competing tools:

  • Lakeside Systrack

  • Nexthink

  • Dynatrace

  • AppDynamics

• Strong scripting skills for data collection and automation.

• Experience in enterprise-wide deployments and performance troubleshooting.

• Ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes and ROI.

Desirable Competencies:

• Strong customer-facing communication and presentation skills.

• Knowledge of network infrastructure, server capacity, and enterprise application architectures.

• Familiarity with cloud-native applications and migration strategies.

• Experience leading performance engineering efforts in complex, distributed environments.
