Oracle Fusion ERP/Oracle Retail Program Manager
Seattle, WA
Remote with up to 25% travel required
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Oracle Fusion ERP/Oracle Retail Program Manager to lead and drive the successful implementation of large-scale Oracle Fusion ERP/Oracle RMS projects. This is a remote role, with approximately 20% travel required for on-site client meetings and workshops. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Oracle Fusion Cloud suite and a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional programs from inception to completion. Projects may spread across Oracle Fusion & Oracle Retail Migration
Key Responsibilities
  • Program Leadership: Lead and manage the entire program lifecycle for Oracle Fusion ERP/RMS implementations, including planning, scope definition, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all program-related communications, ensuring clear and consistent updates for senior management, business stakeholders, and project teams.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, business analysts, and quality assurance testers.
  • Business Transformation: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their processes and translate business requirements into a comprehensive Oracle Fusion ERP/Oracle Retail roadmap.
  • Execution Oversight: Oversee key project activities such as data migration, system configuration, integration, testing, and go-live.
  • Change Management: Drive effective change management strategies to ensure user adoption and a smooth transition to the new system.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all program deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Program Manager with a strong focus on Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud/Oracle Retail applications
  • Technical Expertise: A deep understanding of the Oracle Fusion Cloud suite, including modules such as Financials, SCM, Procurement, and HCM.
  • Project Management: Extensive experience managing large-scale, complex IT programs using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall.
  • Leadership: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify risks, resolve issues, and make informed decisions.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 20% for on-site client engagements.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, Oracle Cloud) are a significant plus.
