Advantage ERP Test Analyst

Base location - Sacramento, CA(Remote)

The ERP Test Analyst plays a critical role in the delivery of comprehensive manual testing. This position is responsible for planning and executing test activities across various streams of testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), payroll testing, and interface validation. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with developers and business analysts to identify, document and resolve defects.

What you ll bring

• Five plus years of hands-on manual testing experience, preferably in large-scale ERP or enterprise system environments.
• Strong background in configuration-based testingof COTS applications.
• Experience with interface testinginvolving complex data integrations.
• Familiarity with data validation and data comparisonsusing both converted and system-generated data.
• Experience working in Agile environments, preferably using the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)methodology.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
• Certification in software testing, Agile methodologies or ERP systems is a plus.
