Job Details
Summary
Analyzes and designs optimized workflows for PACS migration and adoption across ministries.
Key Responsibilities
Map as-is and to-be workflows for Radiology and Cardiology PACS.
Facilitate workshops with clinicians, technologists, and administrators.
Identify and document functional requirements for migration and integration.
Validate workflows post-go-live and recommend optimizations.
Support training and change adoption initiatives.
Experience & Skills
8+ years in healthcare workflow analysis, with focus on imaging.
Experience in large-scale PACS implementations and clinical system migrations.
Strong documentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
CBAP or equivalent certification a plus.
