Job Description:
  • Candidate is an influential creative voice that helps bring ideas to life through compelling Keynote presentations and compelling visual storytelling.
  • Candidate dream of being part of a dynamic creative team that is focused on continuously learning, improving, and pushing client forward.
  • Candidate will be part of the design group in the Retail Engagement and Marketing team, designing all aspects of what internal Retail teams see, hear, and feel - a holistic view of the entire experience.
  • Candidate will put candidate's fingerprints on projects that will help inform, motivate, and inspire a global audience of over 70,000 and the millions of customers they care for.
  • Projects range from Keynote presentations, documents, and print to virtual meetings, live broadcasts, video and audio segments, large-scale live in-person and virtual events, and much more.
  • Responsibilities include brainstorming and presenting concepts, iterating and designing options for creative review, and finished deliverables for rehearsal, publishing, and delivery.
  • Candidate will collaborate closely with other creatives and work directly with subject matter experts and senior leaders from a broad range of teams.
  • Candidate will craft high-quality experiences that reflect clients values, are culturally relevant, and inspire people.
Summary:
  • Client is looking for an experienced Senior Keynote designer to join the Retail Engagement and Marketing team. In this role, candidate will design compelling presentations and graphics for live in-person and virtual events, meetings, and conferences that inform, inspire, and motivate client Retail teams around the world.
  • Candidate will help design stories that inspire and move audiences across many disciplines; Keynote design, document design, environmental design, photography, illustration, motion graphics, copy, and more.
  • Candidate will collaborate directly with senior leaders and members of client executive team and candidate will work closely with fellow designers, strategists, writers, video creatives, and subject matter experts from all across Cient.
  • Candidate will design clear, inspiring, and alluring presentation segments for clientr meetings, events, and conferences - from concept to delivery.
  • Client is looking for a super-smart design power-user that can quickly turn complex ideas into simplified and beautiful creative solutions. Someone who cares deeply about the details and getting them just right every time and someone who will be a creative and positive force on the team.
Key qualifications:
  • 10 plus years in a professional design/creative environment
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling across platforms and formats
  • Mastery of Keynote, Illustrator, and Photoshop
  • Strong knowledge of good design principles, typography, and layout
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Motion graphics experience; proficiency in After Effects or similar
  • Live and virtual event experience
  • Experience presenting creative concepts to leadership
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced team
  • Ability to work and design collaboratively as part of a team
  • Ability to develop creative solutions and designs under tight schedules
  • Comfort where speed, flexibility, and experimentation are part of the day-to-day
  • Must provide link to portfolio that demonstrates strong concepts and execution.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Note:

Pay Range: $56- $67 per hour

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
