Remote Position

The Global Change Management Lead will be responsible for designing and executing the change management strategy for a global Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation. This role will partner with executive leaders, HR teams, and functional workstreams to ensure awareness, adoption, and alignment across the organization. A key success factor is the ability to craft impactful communications including executive-ready messaging, stakeholder updates, and end-user guidance that resonate with audiences at all levels. Additionally, the Global Change Management Lead will partner effectively with the System Implementor Change Management designee.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Change Strategy & Planning Create a change network

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global change management strategy aligned to HCM implementation goals.
  • Conduct stakeholder analyses and change impact assessments across regions and functions.
  • Establish and manage change management plans, including communication, engagement, and training strategies.

Stakeholder Communication & Engagement

  • Craft clear, targeted messaging for diverse stakeholders utilizing myriad modalities
  • Coordinate cadence and delivery channels for global and regional communications to ensure timely and consistent messaging.

Collaboration & Influence

  • Partner with HR, IT, and Communications teams to align messaging and manage feedback loops.
  • Create and maintain a Change Network and support change agents

. Training & Enablement Support

  • Support the learning team in identifying training needs and creating an enablement plan and messaging that align with training content.
  • Track readiness and adoption indicators to inform ongoing support needs.

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Develop and report on change readiness, adoption metrics, and communication effectiveness.
  • Monitor resistance trends and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Adjust change approach based on feedback and project milestones.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Act as the primary liaison between shared services and key stakeholders across HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders.
  • Provide regular updates on service performance, issue trends, and improvement initiatives.
  • Represent the voice of the employee in service delivery enhancements and strategy development

Section -2 Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities

  • Experience working in global, matrixed organizations with diverse cultures.
  • Comfortable working in high-visibility, fast-paced project environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Yammer, Workday Journeys).
  • Bachelor s degree in communications, Organizational Development, HR, or related field; Master s preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in change management, with 3+ years leading change for global system implementations.
  • Strong written communication skills with demonstrated ability to develop messaging for senior executives and broad employee audiences.
  • Experience with HCM systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, UKG, etc.) and familiarity with HR business processes a plus.
  • Proven success designing and delivering multi-channel communications and stakeholder engagement strategies.
  • Proficiency in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci).
