Role Summary :

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Delivery Manager / Program Manager with a strong background in .NET and Microsoft technologies, proven expertise in managing enterprise-scale application delivery, and a track record of successfully engaging with global customers, particularly in the United States. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of technical depth, leadership acumen, and customer management skills to drive the successful delivery of complex programs across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management

Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise application programs using Microsoft technology stack (.NET, .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, Azure, SQL Server, etc.).
Oversee multiple large-scale, multi-location projects ensuring scope, timelines, quality, and budget adherence.
Establish and enforce delivery governance frameworks, metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations proactively to ensure seamless execution.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the primary point of contact for global enterprise clients, especially US-based stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships to ensure strategic alignment and client satisfaction.
Conduct regular business reviews, ensuring transparency and alignment with client objectives.
Collaborate with business teams to identify growth opportunities and drive account expansion.

Leadership & Team Management

Lead and mentor cross-functional delivery teams, including architects, developers, testers, and project managers.
Drive a culture of excellence, continuous improvement, and accountability.
Foster collaboration between onshore and offshore teams for smooth execution.
Provide career guidance, performance feedback, and succession planning for delivery leaders.

Technology & Process Excellence

Leverage expertise in Microsoft technologies to guide solution architecture and technical decision-making.
Promote agile, DevOps, and modern engineering practices to enhance delivery speed and quality.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, security requirements, and regulatory mandates.
Stay ahead of technology trends to drive innovation in delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications

15 18 years of IT industry experience with a strong .NET / Microsoft technologies background.
Minimum 8+ years in delivery/program management for enterprise applications.
Proven track record of handling global customers with significant exposure to US clients.
Strong understanding of enterprise application architectures, integration patterns, and cloud platforms (especially Azure).
Expertise in project/program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and profitability of large programs.
Experience in working with distributed teams across multiple geographies.
PMP / SAFe / Agile certifications preferred.
