We are seeking a skilled Architectural Design Specialist to manage the design and visual communication for our Revive2Thrive initiative, which includes planning and engineering projects. This role is essential in ensuring that all project materials, from renderings to community engagement visuals, are consistent with the established look and feel as directed by our Marketing & Communications Team. The Architectural Design Specialist will collaborate closely with both the design and engineering teams to create high-quality visuals for community outreach, engagement meetings, and presentations, while maintaining brand consistency across all materials.

- Review and ensure that all project-related materials and communications are consistent with the overall brand identity and visual style, maintaining a cohesive look across various platforms and formats.
- Work closely with engineers, community planners, and vendors to integrate design elements into project deliverables, ensuring that visual aspects align with project goals and specifications.
- Attend project meetings to provide design input and feedback, ensuring that all visual materials are appropriately aligned with project objectives and stakeholder requirements.
- Assess and refine design materials as needed, based on feedback from team members and stakeholders, to ensure the highest quality and effectiveness in communication.

Experience:

Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- This position operates in both outdoor and office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. Noise level in the work environment is usually average. Field trips to active construction sites involving pervasive hazards associated with heavy equipment and tool operations; speeding traffic; loud and constant noise; and regular exposure to chemicals, dust, fumes, and combustible materials. Some working conditions require special precautions and the use of protective gear (e.g., hard hats, respirator masks, gloves, etc.).
- This is a sedentary role which requires exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally. Physical ability to sit, walk, lift, bend, climb ladders and stairs or stand for an extended period of time. Work in inclement weather as required.
