Job Details:
We are currently seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our dynamic team in the manufacturing industry. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to apply their knowledge of CNC programming in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to manufacture high-quality parts. This role requires a strong understanding of CNC operations, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement complex CNC programs for various types of machines including mills, lathes, and multi-axis.
2. Create and optimize machining processes to manufacture parts from various types of metal.
3. Collaborate with the engineering team to develop and implement new manufacturing processes.
4. Troubleshoot and solve production issues related to CNC programming.
5. Ensure all CNC machines are maintained and operated in a safe and efficient manner.
6. Perform regular quality checks to ensure all parts meet the required specifications.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC programming.
2. Experience in programming and operating CNC machines, including mills, lathes, and multi-axis.
3. Extensive knowledge of various types of metal and their machining properties.
4. Strong understanding of industrial manufacturing processes and standards.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex production issues.
6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
