Job Title: D365 CRM – Technical Lead / Technical Architect / Senior Techno-Functional Consultant

Location: Remote (USA & Canada)

Job Description

We are hiring senior-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM professionals for multiple remote roles supporting enterprise implementations across the USA and Canada. Final role alignment will be based on experience and skill fit.

Open Roles & Experience Levels

  • D365 CRM Technical Lead – 5 to 8 years

  • D365 CRM Technical Architect – 10 to 12 years

  • Senior D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant – 12 to 15 years

Required Skills (Common Across Roles)

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

  • Hands-on expertise in:

    • Configuration & Customization

    • Plugins, JavaScript, Custom Workflows

    • Power Automate

    • Integration APIs, Web API, WCF

    • Model-driven Apps

  • Strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

  • Experience with Solution Deployment

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Additional Skills (Role-Specific)

  • Technical Architect / Senior Consultant:

    • D365 Architecture & Design

    • Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Power Apps Portal)

    • Azure Services

    • CPQ / Sales module

    • Code reviews and technical design reviews

    • Data migration experience

  • Technical Lead:

    • Strong experience with D365 Sales module

    • Lead development activities and support junior developers
