Job Description:

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Consultant to oversee our Enterprise, OT (Operational Technology), and Cloud security teams. The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of cybersecurity experience with a proven track record in leading diverse environments, managing teams, and driving strategic security initiatives.

In this role, you will lead the development and implementation of security measures to protect enterprise, OT, and cloud environments. You will work with multiple team , oversee incident response, ensure compliance with industry standards, and partner with cross-functional stakeholders to address security challenges.

Key Focus Areas:

  • Work with cybersecurity teams, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
  • Oversee Incident handling, CSIRT and SOC processes, and investigations.
  • Develop risk and vulnerability assessments, threat modeling, and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, NERC CIP, and IEC-62443 & Internal compliance.
  • Design and execute security programs, policies, and technical controls aligned with business processes and regulatory requirements for customers
  • Collaborate with IT, compliance, legal, and delivery teams on security architecture, network design, and secure coding practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Kaizen, Gemba, Nemawashi, and Horenso principles aligned with Toyota best practices.
  • Communicate risks and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring technical concepts are translated into business terms.
  • Stay current with emerging threats, security tools, and industry trends while promoting a culture of innovation and learning.
  • Recognize and reward achievements, ensuring an inclusive, supportive, and high-performing team environment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and project delivery with clear scope, timelines, and budget alignment.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in cybersecurity leadership, covering enterprise, OT, and cloud environments.
  • Strong background in incident response, SOC operations, compliance, and security architecture.
  • Hands-on knowledge of security tools such as firewalls, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
  • Experience in IT, manufacturing, and finance sectors.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business language.
  • Familiarity with Toyota practices (4S, TPS, Kaizen, Nemawashi, Gemba, Horenso) preferred.

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Advanced certifications such as CISSP, GICSP, CCSP, CISM, SC-100,AZ-900 or other relevant credentials (MS-SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-401, AZ-900, SCS-C02).
  • Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus.
