Job Description
Minimum of five (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational
business processes. At least three (5) years of that experience must have been in a
lead capacity.
Minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in IT support roles, particularly in
tier 2 and tier 3 service desk environments.
Minimum of three (7) years of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) Experience in
administration of Microsoft 365 Services to include:
User Licensing Management
Microsoft Teams
Intune
Exchange Online
SharePoint
OneDrive
Microsoft Bookings
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
MDM
Minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Ticketing
Systems to include: Advance experience with ticketing systems such as SolarWinds
Samanage or similar platforms
Minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Patch Management to include:
Advance experience with patch management processes, including the assessment,
scheduling, deployment, and verification of patches across various systems.
Minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Cloud Security to include an
understanding of cloud security principles and practices, including secure
configurations, (IAM), and data protection.
Minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Prisma Suite including familiarity
with Prisma Cloud, Prisma Access and other components of the Prisma suite.
Minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Networking including strong
knowledge of networking concepts.
Minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Security Tools such as Security
Information and Event Management (SIEM) systems, threat detection, and incident
response.
Minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in in Scripting and Automation to
include proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash
Minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Compliance and Governance
including the understanding of regulatory compliance requirements and best
practices for governance in cloud environments.
Minimum of seven (7) years of FTE experience in Integration Skills to include the
ability to integrate Prisma solutions with other security tools and platforms, and to
manage APIs for automation and data exchange.
