Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced .Net Developer / Architect for a long-term engagement with ADP in Florham Park, NJ. This is a hybrid role, and we are strictly looking for local candidates with a valid Driver s License and prior local project experience.
This is a critical position with 100+ interview openings the vendor is LinkedIn focused, so a strong LinkedIn profile with a professional photo is required.

Key Requirements:
15+ years of experience in .NET development, including 4+ years in .NET Core
Proven architect-level experience designing and implementing enterprise-grade applications
Strong proficiency in C# and multi-threaded programming
Hands-on experience with SQL and T-SQL
Expertise in building and integrating RESTful and SOAP Web Services APIs
Strong front-end skills using React or Angular
Proficient in JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks
Excellent communication and leadership abilities must be able to take charge and drive technical decisions
