Description
We are looking for an experienced Robotic Process Automation Analyst to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in process evaluation and automation tools to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and support business objectives. This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across departments, applying cutting-edge automation technologies to solve complex challenges.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full lifecycle of automation initiatives, including gathering requirements, analyzing processes, designing solutions, developing bots, testing, deploying, and providing ongoing support.
Create automation solutions using leading tools such as Automation Anywhere and Xceptor to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks.
Offer mentorship and technical guidance to analysts and developers who are newer to the automation team.
Configure and maintain bots to automate tasks such as data entry, extraction, and other repetitive processes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges, regulatory needs, and operational workflows, proposing automation strategies to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Diagram workflows and analyze functional processes to identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Recommend enhancements to existing workflows by applying principles of business process re-engineering and leveraging automation software capabilities.
Build strong relationships with business partners, translating their needs into actionable automation solutions.
Partner with application developers and technology leaders to integrate automation into broader technology initiatives.
Train users on interacting with automated processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise post-deployment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of two years of experience in Robotics Process Automation with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data warehouse environments.
Strong technical documentation skills and the ability to interpret process diagrams, workflows, and business requirements.
Experience with workflow-based automation tools such as Automation Anywhere, Xceptor, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of APIs for data exchange and process automation.
Certifications in automation platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism are highly desirable.
Background in the financial services industry is preferred, with an understanding of data needs for compliance, operations, or financial advising.
