Job Title: SAP Sr. System Analyst - Consultant, PP/QM


Job Location: Remote from United States with up to 75% travel

Onsite Requirements:



  • 75% travel to Honduras and US Plants.

  • 5+ years of SAP PP/QM experience with demonstrated expertise in user training and support.

  • Familiarity with SAP PP master data, production processes, and QM quality management practices.


Job Description:



  • The SAP Sr. System Analyst, PP/QM, will primarily support end users following the successful implementation of SAP Production Planning (PP).

  • The focus will be on delivering comprehensive user training, addressing user queries, and providing ongoing support to ensure optimal utilization of the existing SAP PP and QM modules.

  • This role also involves close collaboration with business stakeholders across Honduras and U.S. locations to facilitate smooth operations and continuous improvement.

  • Occasional travel will be required for onsite workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements.

  • Deliver focused SAP PP and QM user training tailored to different user groups, including super users and end users.

  • Provide timely resolution of user queries and support requests related to SAP PP/QM functionalities.

  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and empower client resources for self-sufficient system usage.

  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify and communicate system enhancements or process improvements.



  1. Scope of Work & Deliverables:


Phase 1 - User Training Preparation



  • Assess existing training materials and identify gaps for end users and super users.

  • Develop updated, role-based training materials including guides, job aids, and e-learning content as needed.

  • Plan and schedule training sessions (onsite and remote) in coordination with client teams.


Deliverable: Updated Training Materials and Training Plan


Phase 2 - User Training Delivery



  • Conduct interactive training workshops for users in Honduras and U.S. locations, both onsite and remotely.

  • Provide hands-on sessions covering core SAP PP and QM processes relevant to daily operations.

  • Gather feedback to continuously improve training content and delivery.


Deliverable: Training Session Completion Reports and User Feedback Summary


Phase 3 - Post-Training Support & Query Management



  • Establish a structured process for managing and resolving user queries related to SAP PP/QM.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user questions, troubleshooting, and functional clarifications.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and track complex issues requiring system changes or fixes.

  • Maintain a knowledge base of frequently asked questions and solutions.


Deliverable: User Query Logs, Resolution Reports, and Updated Knowledge Base


Phase 4 - Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Transfer



  • Conduct periodic re training and Q&A sessions based on user feedback and system updates.

  • Support client IT and business teams in gaining deeper understanding for long-term support sustainability.

  • Facilitate transition workshops and documentation handover to internal support teams.


Deliverable: Re Training Materials, Transition Documentation, and Support Handover Report


Skills and Experience:



  • 5+ years of SAP PP/QM experience with demonstrated expertise in user training and support.

  • Proven track record in delivering effective end-user training programs and managing user support in SAP environments.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly language.

  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple locations.

  • Familiarity with SAP PP master data, production processes, and QM quality management practices.
