U.S. Hybrid Work Model

The salary range for this role is
$114,700.00 - $180,500.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.

Your Key Responsibilities:
As a leader in the FP&A IT team, you will:
- Partner with FP&A stakeholders and IT teams to design and deliver cutting-edge financial planning solutions using SAP tools like SAC, Datasphere and BPC.
- Analyze and improve business processes, ensuring alignment between technology capabilities and business needs.
- Configure and implement solutions, leveraging your deep technical expertise in FP&A platforms.
- Champion modern development practices (e.g., Agile) and foster collaboration across teams and geographies.
- Evaluate and propose innovative solutions to solve complex challenges and optimize financial processes.
- Mentor junior developers and influence technology strategy across FP&A IT.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Configure and maintain solutions in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and other SAP tools to meet global financial planning needs.
- Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
- Integrate SAC/BPC with SAP S/4HANA, BW, and other enterprise systems.
- Optimize BPC security and work status configurations.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within financial systems.
What We're Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
- BA/BS in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience with SAP tools, including SAC or BPC.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Office 365 tools.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced experience with SAC planning, scripting, and integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Leadership in FP&A transformation projects.
- Experience in global financial planning processes.
