Project Manager - Medical Devices

Location: Onsite at Lake Forest , CA (3 days /week)

Job Description:

Mandatory skill

Experience in Project management and managing Medical Device OR SaMD/ SiMD

1. Project Planning

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
 Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and timelines.
 Identify resources (people, tools, budget) needed.

2. Team Leadership

Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members.
 Motivate and guide the team to meet project objectives.
 Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.

3. Stakeholder Communication

Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.
 Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
 Manage expectations and ensure alignment with business goals.

4. Risk Management

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
 Monitor and address issues as they arise.

5. Quality Control

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
 Conduct reviews, testing, and validation as needed.

6. Project Closure

Finalize all activities and formally close the project.
 Document lessons learned and conduct post-project evaluations.

Experience with IT projects in Opthalmic devices will be a big plus.

Experience: -

10+ years experience

Educational Qualifications: -

  • Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
  • Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
