Description
Responsibilities:
Establishing effective relationships with impacted departments and functional areas to facilitate project execution and completion.
Defining the scope of work and deliverables, and creating detailed project schedules to ensure business goals are met.
Communicating project vision to project leadership team to align with the company's commitments and customer expectations.
Building highly efficient project teams, communicating expectations, and promoting accountability among team members.
Applying project management principles including financial management, scope and schedule management, and risk and opportunity management to ensure timely delivery of product capabilities.
Resolving conflicts, promoting work sharing, and motivating teams towards common goals.
Managing multiple projects, tasks, and resources effectively through prioritization and time management practices.
Escalating issues along with proposed plans to leadership, and presenting key information to senior leadership to facilitate decision making.
Participating in continuous process improvement and lean initiatives.
Requirements
Demonstrable experience in Customer Service and adeptness in interacting with different stakeholders
Proficiency in Planning and Budget Processes, with a keen eye for detail
Solid background in Project Management, including the use of tools like About Time
Strong Leadership Skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team
Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems, preferably SAP R/3
Understanding of Security measures and protocols, particularly in the context of Digital platforms
Willingness to Travel as per project requirements
Knowledge of industry Practices and Agile Scrum methodologies
Excellent Time Management skills and the ability to adhere to tight deadlines
Prior experience in Prioritization of tasks and project components
Capability to provide effective Oversight on project progression
Understanding of the concept of Deliverable and its application in project timelines
Experience in Application Development, with a focus on Cyber Security
Proficiency in Project Planning and Program Management
Familiarity with Software Development processes, including Agile methodologies
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its application in modern project management
Strong Financial Management skills, with an ability to manage budgets effectively.
