Solution IT Inc. is looking for a Sr Salesforce Administrator (Sales & Service Cloud) for one of its clients in Altanta, GA role.
Job Title - Sr Salesforce Administrator (Sales & Service Cloud)
Job Description:
Summary : Required Salesforce functional/administrative consultant focused on Sales & Service Cloud configuration, user management, process automation troubleshooting, and change management. Building user profiles, permission sets, and groups, Experience with configuring Sales Cloud specific functionality
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Salesforce modules to improve business processes and performance while ensuring high user satisfaction.
- Design, configure, and test Salesforce modules (primarily Sales Cloud) to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and recommend optimal Salesforce solutions.
- Perform troubleshooting, issue resolution, and process optimization, including updating documentation and training materials.
- Manage Salesforce change management processes, including creating, validating, and deploying change sets across environments.
- Execute complex or novel assignments that may require developing new or improved Salesforce procedures and workflows.
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of organizational standards, ensuring all configurations align with company policies and governance frameworks.
Required Skills:
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) or higher.
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Familiarity with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and training delivery.
Work Site: Altanta, GA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ months
