Visa: Open to any visa type with valid work authorization in the USA.
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate combines strong design thinking, visual design skills, and a deep understanding of user behavior to create intuitive and engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design and improve web and mobile interfaces that deliver exceptional usability and aesthetic appeal.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior.
- Develop user personas, customer journey maps, task flows, and storyboards to guide design decisions.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Design responsive UI layouts and interactive components consistent with brand guidelines.
- Translate complex business requirements into clean, functional, and user-centric design solutions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Perform A/B testing and analyze user feedback to optimize the user experience.
- Maintain and contribute to a scalable design system for consistency across products.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, design principles, and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-6+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX process, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI designs.
- Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Miro, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and mobile-first design.
- Ability to interpret data from user research, analytics, and usability testing.
- Good communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing for enterprise SaaS platforms or large-scale applications.
- Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for better developer collaboration.
- Familiarity with motion design, micro-interactions, and prototyping tools.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
