Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Salesforce CRM Specialist to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform to enhance customer relationship management, streamline sales processes, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, customize, and maintain Salesforce CRM to meet business requirements.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within Salesforce.
Develop and implement workflows, automation, and reports/dashboards to support sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
Provide ongoing support, training, and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored Salesforce solutions.
Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within Salesforce.
Stay updated on Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer.
Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are preferred.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and automation tools.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
