  • Worksite Location: Anoka, MN
  • Contract Duration: 1 year + possibility to extend
  • Compensation: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
  • Hours: 4/10s - Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

What you ll do as the PC Re-Imaging Specialist:

  • Manage PC refresh initiatives, ensuring timely updates and configurations
  • Provide basic networking and server support, including troubleshooting connectivity issues
  • Support JD Edwards ERP system by handling password resets and basic user support tasks
  • Troubleshoot printers, specifically focusing on labeling for boxes and ensuring seamless printing operations.
  • Image PCs to the load set and ensure proper setup and configuration
  • Migrate user data to OneDrive and facilitate a smooth transition
  • Utilize Tracktee for device acquisition and asset management
  • Manage and resolve support tickets using Freshservice
  • Maintain accurate documentation of processes and issues

What you ll bring to the PC Re-Imaging Specialist role:

  • 2+ years of previous experience
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10 and 11 operating systems
  • Familiarity with PC imaging and deployment processes
  • Experience with OneDrive for data migration and user support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across printers, common computer programs, and basic networking
  • Experience using Freshservice or similar IT ticketing systems
