ROLE DESCRIPTION
AGG is adding a Technical Environment Analyst to support the management and optimization of integrated test environments. This role is responsible for maintaining environment configurations, tracking utilization, coordinating refreshes, and resolving environment-related issues. The ideal candidate will bring expertise across mainframe, cloud, and configuration management tools while ensuring environments are reliable and well-documented.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain environment configurations, usage logs, and dependencies to ensure optimal performance
- Track availability, utilization, and conflicts across integrated test environments
- Coordinate environment refreshes and test data resets in collaboration with the Test Data Management (TDM) team
- Document environment baselines, access controls, and schedule conflicts to maintain clear records
- Analyze usage logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve environment-related issues
- Other duties as directed by leadership.
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS
- 5 to 8 years of experience in an Environment Analyst role
- Proficiency in mainframe technologies and legacy systems
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Knowledge of environment configuration management tools and database management
- Strong organizational skills to document and maintain baselines and access controls
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills both written and verbal
