Required Skills:-
- +7 years - Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, Teams, Exchange Online, Power Platform information protection, and AvePoint.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- +7 years -Proven ability to perform high-level troubleshooting of complex issues manage incident, problem,configuration, change management processes efficiently
- +3 years -Customer Focus: Strong focus on delivering high-quality products timely and efficiently, consistently meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
- Copilot experience -Mandatory
- Certifications/government experience -Mandatory
