Job Title: Senior IAM Analyst (Banking/Financial)
Location: NYC, NY

About the Role:
Front Office Technology is seeking two experienced Senior IAM Analysts to join our team on an urgent contract basis. You will support our business towers in the successful execution of User Access Review (UAR) Wave 1 activities for over 130 applications. The role involves coordinating and performing data collection, review, data quality (DQ) checks, submission, tracking, and follow-up to ensure timely and accurate completion of UAR requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with application owners, business towers, and other stakeholders to collect and review user access data for 130+ applications.
- Conduct data quality checks to ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of user access information.
- Prepare and submit UAR packages in line with established processes and timelines.
- Track progress of UAR submissions, identify bottlenecks, and proactively follow up to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain detailed documentation of findings, issues, and remediation actions.
- Serve as a point of contact for UAR-related queries and escalations.
- Support continuous improvement of the UAR process, suggesting enhancements where necessary.
- Work closely with the IAM team to ensure alignment with organizational policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Overall 10+ Years of experience in IT
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), with a focus on User Access Review processes.
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience collecting, analyzing, and validating user access data across multiple applications.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent tasks.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong data quality and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Identity Manager, or similar).
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with ticketing and tracking tools a plus.
- Previous experience in banking, finance, or other highly regulated industries is desirable.
