Job Details
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Power BI professional to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions. The role focuses on transforming data into meaningful insights through dashboards, reports, and data models to support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
- Connect Power BI to multiple data sources (Excel, SQL databases, cloud sources, etc.)
- Build and optimize data models, relationships, and calculations using DAX
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance
- Collaborate with business users to understand reporting requirements
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Maintain documentation for reports, datasets, and processes
- Support users and troubleshoot Power BI-related issues
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI (Desktop and Service)
- Strong understanding of data modeling concepts
- Knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M)
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills
- Understanding of data visualization best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications (Optional):
- Experience with Azure, SharePoint, or other cloud data sources
- Knowledge of ETL processes
- Microsoft Power BI certification
