Job Description:
  • Contribute as a core member of the development team for ServiceNow Platform Sales Applications.
  • Design and review technical architectures for software solutions, leveraging deep platform expertise and sound engineering judgment.
  • Execute data migration tasks and carry out advanced administrative functions, including system-level configurations and integration management.
  • Conduct Unit Test and participate in peer code reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure and systems necessary for continuous development and release cycles.
  • Embrace emerging technologies and platforms, proactively identifying opportunities to address business and technical challenges.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience in the development and delivery of enterprise-grade applications.
  • Hands-on expertise across the full product development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Strong collaboration skills with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), Quality Assurance (QA) teams, and Project Managers (PMs), with a product-centric mindset aimed at delivering world-class sales applications.
  • Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow App Engine and experience in building and supporting custom applications on the platform.
  • Proficient in key ServiceNow components, including UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs, UI Scripts, Notifications, Script Includes, GlideAjax, Access Control Rules (ACLs), SLAs, Metrics, Workflows, and Flow Designer.
  • Skilled in developing and integrating custom applications using the ServiceNow platform, with proven experience in application development and platform configuration.
  • Experienced in configuring and customizing applications on the ServiceNow platform, including integration with external systems, and in designing scalable technical solutions leveraging platform best practices.
  • Developed catalogue items, maintained record producers, and configured order guides to streamline service delivery.
  • Proficient in managing import sets and update sets for data handling and platform migrations.
  • Experience mapping record producer fields to database tables to support accurate and efficient data capture.
  • Created and managed email notifications and scheduled jobs within ServiceNow.
  • Strong working knowledge of the full suite of Glide APIs, including GlideRecord, GlideForm, GlideUser, GlideSession, GlideSystem, GlideDate, and GlideAggregate.
  • Familiar with web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
  • Functional and technical understanding of sales applications, with specific focus on the Lead-to-Cash value stream.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to manage the systems and infrastructure necessary to support ongoing development, testing, and release activities.
