Job Title: Dealership Software Installation Facilitator (Contract) w2 Only
Location: Remote with heavy travel (up to 90%) to dealership sites nationwide

Work Authorization:

As a Dealership Software Installation Facilitator, you will serve as the operational lead overseeing, coordinating, and facilitating the end-to-end deployment of dealership management software solutions for the automotive clients of one of our Big Four customers. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will partner with automotive dealership leadership, cross-functional teams, and external software vendors to ensure a seamless transition. Your focus will be on delivering each project on time and within scope, driving user adoption, and enabling each dealership to maximize value from its new technology with minimal business disruption. This critical role blends project management, client facilitation, and technical enablement.

Major Industry Leaders (Enterprise/Large Dealerships)

  • : Offers extensive SaaS solutions, strong data analytics, OEM integration, and comprehensive retail features for large dealership groups.

  • (Cox Automotive): Known for robust F&I (Finance & Insurance) tools, digital retailing, and a centralized system for daily transactions.
