Job Title: Sr. Product Safety & Compliance Engineer – Electrical Engineer
Location: Lake Forest, CA
Project Duration: 1 Year
Pay Rate: $70/hr - $81/hr (depending on experience)

Job Description:
- Support post-market safety and compliance for electrical medical devices.
- Track global IEC 60601 electrical and EMC standards and assess impact on existing products.
- Perform gap assessments, electrical safety risk reviews, and EMC risk evaluations.
- Recommend engineering, labeling, or testing updates required to stay compliant.
- Plan and oversee testing with accredited labs; review and interpret test results.
- Maintain compliance documentation (risk files, technical files, TRFs, labeling, etc.).
- Support global regulatory evidence packages and change control activities.
Must Haves:
- Electrical engineering background.
- Strong experience with IEC 60601-1 and IEC 60601-1-2.
- Electrical safety and EMC risk assessment experience.
- Experience with post-market compliance activities.
- Onsite in Lake Forest, CA.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience preparing regulatory support packages.
- Experience with TRFs, technical files, or global compliance deviations.
