Job Title: Payroll Manager - Time to Pay (T2P)
Location: Oak Brook, IL (may transfer to Westchester, IL) Duration: Full Time
Job Description:
- A global food and manufacturer is hiring a Senior Manager, Head of Time to Pay (T2P) to oversee payroll and timekeeping operations for the US and Canada, supported by a team in Guadalajara, Mexico.
- This role will lead transformation initiatives, ensure compliance, and manage vendor relationships while driving digital improvements in payroll systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Canada T2P operations, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll
- Drive digital transformation (incl. self-service portals & data/process governance)
- Implement policies, internal controls, and audit-compliant practices
- Oversee payroll systems (ADP Global View, Kronos) and manage vendor partnerships
- Develop team expertise and deliver change-focused training across functions
- Support M&A integration, system launches, and continuous process improvements
Requirements:
- 15+ years in payroll/timekeeping; expert in T2P strategy and controls
- Strong knowledge of US, Canada, and Mexico payroll tax & compliance
- Proven leadership in payroll team development and system transformation
- Experience with ADP Global View and Kronos (UKG) required
- Bachelor's degree: payroll certification preferred
