Summary:
Location: Northeast New Jersey (Hybrid - 2-3 days/week onsite)

Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Deep expertise in SAP IBP with strong exposure to ePPDS and S/4HANA

Job Description:
Thinking Minds Inc. is supporting a client seeking an experienced SAP IBP Lead to guide a multi-phase SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) implementation, including ePPDS and SIOP processes across four business units. The role begins as a 3-6 month contract with potential for conversion to a permanent position.
The ideal candidate will serve as the program leader, managing the full lifecycle of IBP deployments through 2026, while working with a dual-SAP ECC system landscape and preparing for future S/4HANA migration. This role requires a high degree of collaboration with senior executives, internal business teams, and external systems integrators.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the ongoing implementation of SAP IBP and ePPDS for multiple business units
Serve as the key liaison between IT, business teams, and SIs to ensure program success
Lead and coordinate across planning modules including Demand, Supply, and SIOP
Manage day-to-day program execution, issues resolution, and resource alignment
Drive platform enhancements and operational improvements for better scalability
Interact with SVP and C-level leadership to align planning strategy with business goals
Manage a small team of direct reports and mentor team members for future expansion
Provide input and leadership for the upcoming S/4HANA program rollout.
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on IBP, ePPDS, and S/4HANA
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional SAP projects in a global enterprise environment
Skilled in conflict resolution and comfortable pushing back on vendor recommendations
Exceptional communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work in a hybrid model, with 2-3 days per week onsite in Northeast NJ
