Responsibilities
As a QTC Consulting leader, you will embark on a fast-paced career path that will allow you to utilize your experience, process knowledge and product skills. Your knowledge to design, advise, sell and manage programs,will help define industry and product leading transformation programs.
Work with business users to understand and document their business processes to devise the best-fit quote-to-cash strategy, application architecture and process flow charts.
The Process lead needs to have a minimum 12+ years of leading QTC Transformation, CPQ process design, Sales BPR for multiple large-scale implementations.
Act as a senior trusted advisor for opportunity shared, covering the standardization of end-to-end quote to cash cycle for an multinational and complex business.
Perform mapping/gapping based on the requirements and ApttSalesforce/Zuora/Oracle CPQ or Sales Cloud features (preferable).
Document the functional design, process flows, architecture diagram and solution approaches through analysis of business benefits/KPIs of recommended approaches.
Deep experience in not only CPQ with touchpoints to CRM (Salesforce preferably) but also quote to contract lifecycle (Contract authoring, contract validation, renewal, amendments, recurring Billing etc.).
Exposure to SaaS Billing automation tool is preferable plus (like Oracle RMCS/OBRM, Zuora, Billing Platform, Stripe, Salesforce, SAP BRIM, etc.
Design and collaborate with IT personnel to architect and drive the implementation - configure business requirements, identify gaps, arrive at gap closure approaches, determine pros and cons of technical approaches and document design specifications
Qualifications Critical Skills
The ideal candidate will have at least 10-15 years of overall business/functional analysis experience, with at least 4-6 years of implementation experience on a leading CPQ/Contract to Bill platform at onsite (Customer facing role or a lead architect role).
Ability to clearly understand business requirements and convert them into a functional design, and to collaborate with business analysts and users to define solution approaches.
Strong understanding of sales processes like opportunities, quoting, commerce, model configurations, pricing, discounting, promotions, approval matrix, integration to sales orders, contract-to-recurring billing for different business models, and asset management.
Good experience on Subscription/Contract data model, data architecture, and data management, and familiar with integration to systems like salesforce- or ServiceNow or any ERP (Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, SAP Hybris Commerce, SAP BRIM, Infor, Zuora, etc.).
Adept in conducting large workshops with business leaders and process owners and drive the design boards in a sprint tool with sufficient exposure to agile methodology
